Waiting times

First Appointments - A first appointment will be offered within 14 days. Sometimes very short notice appointments are available, and we may be able to see you within 24 hours. This is dependant on demand and the availability of counsellors.

Ongoing counselling - The length of time which you wait to start a course of ongoing counselling will depend largely on your own availability, and on whether you have issues which mean that you need to wait to see one of our experienced counsellors with specific training to deal with your problem. The current waiting times for clients who are flexible about when they can attend, and can see any counsellor are as follows:-

Daytime Appointments: 2 - 4 weeks after first consultation
Evening Appointments: 6-8 weeks after first consultation
