How to leave a Legacy

There are different ways in which you might wish Relate Nottinghamshire to benefit after your death.

A pecuniary bequest

This is a gift of a stated cash sum. It would be tax-free as Relate Nottinghamshire is a registered charity. Pecuniary bequests may also be index-linked.

A residuary bequest

This is the money remaining in your estate after all other bequests have been made and all debts cleared. You may wish to leave the residue of your estate, or part of it, to Relate Nottinghamshire.

In Memoriam

You can request that 'In memoriam' donations are made to Relate Nottinghamshire instead of sending flowers.
