At Relate Nottinghamshire we are committed to providing a service which is accessible to all who can benefit from it, irrespective of their financial circumstances. If you have read about How we are funded you will understand the difficulties of our financial position, and how much we depend on the support of the local community.

If you value the availability of the Relate service in Nottinghamshire, perhaps having experienced counselling in the past, there are a number of ways in which you might make a contribution:-

• Become a Member of Relate Nottinghamshire. As a member you will be invited to the AGM and will be entitled to vote on resolutions. You will also receive a bi-annual newsletter, and will be invited to occasional social events.
• Fundraise for our Bursary Fund, which helps people who are financially disadvantaged to access the service. We would be delighted to talk to you if you would like to help organise fundraising events, or to run a Marathon or climb a mountain for us!!
• Be an 'Ambassador' for Relate. When we ask clients how they heard about us, they mostly tell us that they 'just knew' or that we were recommended by family or friends. If you know someone who is struggling with personal relationship problems why not tell them about this site?
• Become a Trustee. Relate Nottinghamshire is both a charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee. Members of our Executive Committee are both trustees of the charity and directors of the Company. This is a rewarding and sometimes demanding role. We have a very active team who bring a wide range of skills to the organisation. Please go to Vacancies or contact us to find out more

• Make a donation - print a form that can be used to send a donation by post
• Legacies - remembering Relate in your will helps our work continue, benefiting future generations.
