We would be particularly interested to hear from anyone bringing a perspective from:-

- Ethnic or other minority groups

- The north of the county

- Those with experience of difficulties accessing services due to disability.

We would also like to strengthen the skills of the team of trustees in the following key areas :-

- Business development

- Accountancy/finance

- Property management.
