How much will it Cost

How much will it Cost

The cost of counselling depends on your income. We do have lower rates available to people on lower incomes. We can discuss the fee with you on registration. Our pricing structure can be found here.

We always take payment at least 48 hours before your appointment is due to confirm your counselling session.

You can pay by debit or credit card over the phone or in cash at our office on Mansfield Road. There is also a £15 one-off registration fee.

It is worth checking to see if you have an employee assistance programme at your work as they may assist with the cost of counselling.

At your initial consultation appointment you will meet one of our experienced counsellors who will help you decide if ongoing counselling is for you.

The consultation is normally an hour but we always ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a number of self assessment forms. These hep the counsellor understand more about your situation and help monitor and record your progress.

If you decide to continue with counselling you may not see the same counsellor you saw at your initial consultation.

This will depend on your availability and which of the counsellors has appointments to suit you. Once your counsellor has been allocated you will see that same counsellor for as long as you wish to continue with the counselling.
